PRICE LIST FOR USE AQUA ZONE, WELLNESS & SPA CENTERS FROM 14.10. 2024.
– Day ticket for an adult on weekdays, from Monday to Friday – 1,200 din.
– Day ticket for an adult on weekends, Saturdays and Sundays – 1,500 din.
– Day ticket for children on weekdays, from Monday to Friday – 800 din.
– Daily ticket for children on weekends, Saturdays and Sundays – 1,000 din.
– The price of night swimming every day is – 1,000 din.
– The half-day ticket is valid from Monday to Friday from 16:00 to 19:00, at an adult ticket price of 900 dinars.
– The price of a half-day ticket for children, in the period from Monday to Friday from 16:00 to 19:00, is 600 din.
– On weekends (Saturday and Sunday), the half-day ticket is NOT VALID!
– Sunbeds from 14.10.2024. year they do not charge.
– Surcharge for using the Spa&Wellness center on all days is 500 din.
The listed prices are valid until 27.12.2024. year.
During the national holiday, the ticket price for adults is 1,500 din, while the ticket price for children is 1,000 din. Night bathing is 1,000 din.
Information for vouchers
In order to receive a confirmation of accommodation reservation, on the basis of which you can submit a request for obtaining a voucher, an advance payment in the amount of 40% is required. After recording the payment, confirmations are sent via e-mail.
- Prices: Prices are expressed in dinars per room per day. Price includes: bed and breakfast with use of Wellness & SPA centers - (indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, salt room, steam bath, tepidarium). VAT is included in the price. The price does not include residence tax in the amount of RSD 160.00 for adults, RSD 80.00 for children aged 3-10 years and insurance (RSD 30 per person/day).
- Check-in time: Check-in time at the hotel is from 2:00 p.m., and check-out time is until 11:00 a.m.
- Parking: Parking is free for hotel guests. The possibility of using a parking space in the hotel garage for a fee in the amount of 1,200 rsd per day or per night.
- Electric vehicles: We have an electric charger available for vehicles in the hotel parking lot.
- Fitness: FREE fitness instructor services are available to all hotel guests on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 13:00 to 18:00.
Conditions for children:
- Children up to 0 to 3 years old do not pay for their stay. Children from 3 to 10 years old receive a 50% discount on the price of accommodation.
Terms of payment:
- To confirm the reservation, an advance payment in the amount of 40% is required within 24 hours of receipt of the invoice, and the rest until arrival or upon arrival at the hotel.
- Accommodation reservation that has been paid in full is valid until 23:59 on the day of arrival.
- The price is guaranteed only for payment of the full amount, otherwise the hotel reserves the right to change prices.
- For payments from abroad, bank charges are borne by the payer, otherwise the charges will be charged at the hotel reception.
Reservation cancellation conditions:
- Cancellation or change of the reservation date must be submitted in writing to the email: recepcija@vrnjacketerme.rs
Reservation guarantee:
Note: Your reservation is not entered into the system until you confirm and agree to the presented conditions.
Please guarantee your reservation with an authorization and credit card number, an advance payment or a letter of guarantee from your company within 48 hours (two days) from the day of receipt of the advance invoice/reservation confirmation.
Non-guaranteed reservations are canceled automatically after the expiration of the pre-invoice period.
Cancellation policy:
According to the hotel’s business policy, due to the cancellation of the reservation, it is not possible to refund the paid funds (advance). The aforementioned reservation and advance payment can be used until the end of the current year.
*Shortening the stay will be treated as an untimely cancellation of the reservation and in that case, the hotel reserves the right to charge the entire amount of the reservation.
*Reservations made for public holidays must be guaranteed at least 30 days before the expected date of arrival.

Dear our regular and future guests,
our LOTER loyalty program was designed with the desire to reward your loyalty to our hotels. The goal of the program is to provide its members with benefits in the form of a 10% discount on accommodation services.
Membership in the program is free, activation is done at the hotel reception, during which the member signs the application form and receives a numbered card of the LOTER loyalty program. The card is obtained upon check-out from the hotel and is valid for all our Milojević hotels on the territory of Serbia.
